Today David cancelled our last credit card. Since we've been doing the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace class, we realized that we didn't need an emergency credit card. If we want to hide Christmas spending from each other, we can use our savings account. We got this card when we set up our first joint account shortly after we married in '92. We are currently debt free except for the house; we enjoy saving for purchases rather than putting them on credit. It's freeing for us and educational for the kids.
