We tried a new Christmas cookie recipe. It is a chewy chocolate cookie rolled in a 50/50 mixture of crushed candy canes and white sugar. They don't look very appetizing, but they were pretty good. I'm not sure they are good enough to make them repeatedly. I wonder if the 50/50 mixture would be better using powdered sugar instead of white? The big girls took them to the FCTH Jr. High Christmas party.
