David got home from Tucson today after a week of working on consolidation stuff. He arrived home, we did a quick job of packing, took the girls over to Henderson's, then headed to the beach for a marriage retreat sponsored by the base chaplain for the AOC.I have to admit, I was expecting the hotel to be a little nicer - but we have stayed in worse, not lately, there there have been worse. On Friday night there was a meet and greet and an introduction to a different marriage seminar by this guy. I think that would be a good investment as well.
After the meet and greet, we were both a little hungry since we basically skipped dinner. We walked along Front Beach until we found something we could both agree on. Well sort of, we got an appetizer plate with onion rings and mozzarella sticks for him and fried pickles for me!
