Here is a batch of baked pasties. I used a different crust recipe this time. I think it went over better then the old one. I also did a milk wash on them - well, on this pan, I didn't wash one, just to see if it really made a difference. It did and the remaining batches got the wash.
I had more dough than pasty filling at the end and tried to make apple pasties. Gotta say that they sound better than the turned out. The apple juice oozed out and burned too much for the girls to enjoy.
